How to use this site

I'm here! Now what?

This website is designed to work similar to the 'Files' tab on the Facebook group page.

Except unlike the Facebook group, this website has folders

Just created an amazing PowerPoint or worksheet that you want to share with the community? Upload it here under the topic or standard it belongs to, making it easy for people to look up and accessible to anyone.

Option 1: Upload directly to this website

For example, if you click on Accessing Valid Information under the Lessons tab, you will be brought to a page that allows you to upload a file. You will need to include your name, email address, and lesson topic before you can click "Upload file(s)"

Then you can add as many files as you want and click Upload. You will then see a message on your screen that says "Your file has been sent!"

Notice how your file will not be automatically uploaded to the web page. This is because it has to be approved by the site creator, Lena Sargenti, to ensure it is indeed an appropriate health lesson.

Option 2: Share it to the Google Drive

Continuing with the example of the Accessing Valid Information tab, you will see a Google Drive display toward the bottom of the page.

This is not a place to upload your documents.

Instead, share your Google Docs or Slides (or Google anythings!) with contact@healthteachercentral.org.

You will not be able to directly upload your files to this Google Drive; this is a safety feature to ensure no ones work gets deleted or moved. Lena will be monitoring the Health Teacher Central email and Google Drive to ensure all your files are correct and viewable. This will allow anyone to view and Make a Copy of your work. That way your original file does not change and people can modify your work to fit their needs.
